Self Love
Join us this week for a journey of the soul with a message: Self Love.
Remember you are a miracle of love, light, life, and joy—no matter what anyone has ever told you!
Self Love – Today’s message is “Self Love.” Listen as Rev. Larrye-Marie Heyl, spiritual leader of Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, continues our 2026 series on Joyous Living and begins our month of February talks on Living in Love. Rev. Larrye invites us to become uniquely ourself, to DO less and BE more, and to love all of who we are, flaws and all. She suggests we remember we are created with sacred intention and infinite care, infused with meaning and potential. She quotes these words from Katherine Economou: “Self-love is not denying our humanness; it is embracing it with kindness.”
Enjoy the music of our own CSL Southeast Louisiana music team.

Self Love– Reading Listen as Steve Regner reads the February 6th excerpt from “Joyous Living Journal – 365 Days of Inspiration” by Christian Sørensen and Petra Weldes entitled “Self Love!” The reading reminds us: “You are a miracle of love, light, life, and joy—no matter what anyone has ever told you!… You are just as precious and beautiful and have the same potential for joy, love, and happiness as any child you have ever met and fallen in love with.”
Self Love– Message Only –Listen as Rev. Larrye-Marie Heyl, spiritual leader of Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, continues our 2026 series on Joyous Living and begins our month of February talks on Living in Love with a message: “Self Love.” She invites you on a journey to remember self-love is not selfish; it is foundational. Self-love is not a reward for spiritual success—it is the pathway through which transformation occurs. She suggests self-love requires us to BE exactly who we are meant to be – not a version of someone else. And she tells us to know each of us is created with sacred intention and infinite care. She quotes Jonathan Parker who said: “The more we learn to love ourselves, the more we discover that our authenticity is our gift.”
Imagine how much impact this community can have if we each chose to be our unique self and gave ourselves permission to be not perfect, just true!
